  • Q: How much will I need to pay when moving into a rental?

    Kenny Realty collects first month’s rent when application is accepted and a Security Deposit when signing the lease and receiving keys to the property.
  • Q: How old do you have to be to apply?

    We will be checking credit of all applicants 18 and over that would be living in the property.
  • Q: Is the Security deposit refundable?

    Security deposit is refundable and only damages beyond normal wear and tear will be deducted.
  • Q: You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

    Kenny Realty has an online application, we will run credit of every adult. We ask for current paychecks for all applicants.
  • Q: How do I pay rent?

    Tenants can pay rent online, at a Cashpay location or send us a check.
  • Q: I want to get a pet. What do I do?

    Send us a written request and we will forward it to the owner for review.
  • Q: I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?

    Give us a call and we can help you with the roommate change process.
  • Q: My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

    You are required by law to provide us a 30 day notice in writing. We will give you paperwork to help you with the move out process.
  • Q: Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

    The owner of the property is responsible for paying for repairs and maintenance that has been approved.
