  • Q: Can I reach you after hours?

    Kenny Realty is available 24 hours. We have office hours Monday-Friday from 9:00 to 5:00, but you are able to reach us after hours and on the weekends..
  • Q: Can you put the money directly into my account?

    Yes, we can deposit your rent each month directly into your bank account.
  • Q: Do I get to see the lease or sign it?

    We will be happy to show you the lease prior to signing. Kenny Realty as your manager signs the lease in your behalf after we have reviewed it with your tenants. Each lease can be customized should you have any specific issues you want addressed in your lease.
  • Q: Do you sell real estate too?

    Absolutely! Many of our clients find it convenient to use us for their purchase, then transition into Kenny Realty managing their property. Our most common transactions are selling properties for our existing management clients.
  • Q: How and when do I get my checks?

    The rent is deposited daily into our Trust account and we will send you a check or deposit your check into your account.
  • Q: How is rent collection handled?

    Rent can be paid online or sending in a check monthly
  • Q: How long of a lease do you sign?

    We usually sign year leases, but it is up to our clients on the length of the lease.
  • Q: How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?

    We suggest a security deposit equal to one month’s rent plus $300. We can set the security deposit at any amount up to a maximum of twice the rent, by state law..
  • Q: How soon can you start managing my property?

    Kenny Realty can start immediately, we can meet you at the property to finalize in work to be done, once the unit is clean and ready to go, we just need a signed management agreement and a key.
  • Q: What type of properties do you manage?

    We manage multi unit buildings, single family homes and even commercial properties.
  • Q: What type of reports do I get and how often?

    You will be getting a check from Kenny Realty every month, if there are any repairs that are requested by the tenant, we will call you for approval. Any bills paid, you will receive a copy of the bill and a ledger.
  • Q: Do you inspect our property?

    Kenny Realty does annual inspections, and sends you a report of the condition of your property.
  • Q: Who holds the tenant security deposit?

    Security deposits are given to the owner to hold until the tenant vacates.
