Gordon Kenny Realty, Inc. provides full property management services. We currently manage over 600 commercial, single-family residential, multi-residential units and homeowners association throughout the peninsula. Our staff is trained to quickly and efficiently handle all landlord and tenant situations. Each account is custom-tailored to meet the owners' needs. Our management services include:
- Collection of rents
- Payment of authorized bills, such as utilities, mortgage payments, property taxes, and insurance
- Responding to tenant complaints, concerns, and repairs
- Coordinating tenant repairs and improvement projects
- Issuing rent increases
- Inspecting the unit and responding to lease violations
- Serving 3-day and 30-day notices, as mandated by California Law
- Providing income, expense, and ledger statements with monthly payout
- Providing end of the year tax package, including 1099's for rent received and copies of all paid bills
- 24-hour access for tenant emergencies during non-business hours
- A competitive management fee schedule

Kenny Realty also offers leasing services in which we process a new tenant into a vacant unit. When a unit becomes vacant we:
- Advertise
- Coordinate and supervise work needed to prepare unit for occupancy
- Show the property to prospective tenants
- Thoroughly screen applicants
- Check credit history and search for prior evictions
- Verify applicant's income
- Check previous Landlord reference
- Prepare the lease, addendums, and disclosures, as required by State Law
